SAM AND DAX

Dax was from a couple who had parted. A kindly relative had fostered her for a short while but could not keep her a she had three dogs of her own. Dax was nine months old and had loved the company of these three dogs.

realised she would be better in a home with another dog. A family contacted us who had a lovely old German Shepherd who wanted some company; Dax was successfully placed and fitted in very well.

A year later their lovely old boy passed away and the family and Dax were so affected by his loss that they decided to contact the charity again. Sam came into from an elderly couple who had never had a German Shepherd before and felt he was too much for them to manage. What a super boy he was, so well behaved and really friendly! Dax met Sam and they were an instant hit.

Here you see them in the pond at their Auntie Carol's house ('s secretary), having a fantastic time - a happy ending for all concerned!
