Second-chances for German Shepherds

This gorgeous boy came into the charity because his owners were working long hours and were unable to give him enough exercise and attention. Our volunteers Leigh & Mark fostered Kyle when he arrived and he was gradually brought up to fitness. They had a few "teething problems" but nothing they couldn't handle with some advice. They worked hard and enjoyed the huge progress - and ultimately the rewards of putting in time with Kyle.

Oh! I forgot to mention - Leigh & Mark couldn't part with their handsome boy - they adopted him and he often accompanies his mum Leigh on home visits because he is so well behaved and such a great advert for . Kyle is also our December 2009 pin-up boy for the calendar and because he is so photogenic he is on one of our 3 Christmas cards for the charity. A big thank you to Leigh, Mark and of course that top volunteer dog Kyle!
