Cassie lived with two other dogs but was being bullied constantly by the older female. Rather than letting things escalate her family thought it would be fairer if Cassie was rehomed. Cassie was fostered by Carol to see if the bullying had any effect on her attitude to other dogs. She lived happily with Carol's dogs Brodie and Max so it was obvious that she wasn't the problem and she could be rehomed with another dog. Ron and Janice had been looking for some time for just the right girl to be a companion for their male shepherd Ben. They brought Ben over to meet Cassie and after a few grumbles he fell under her spell and they have been inseparable since. Of course she's the boss!!!
